Cancellation and Refund Policies

Spirit Energy Healing is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being treated. 

Please call us at (719) 430-3999 by 1:00 p.m. 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. 

If prior notification is not given, we will not be able to initiate a refund for the missed appointment. 

We are always happy to reschedule your appointment, so please follow the same guidelines as outlined above.
